Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt Jon "White Trash" Friedland will be teaching an open invite seminar at Neutral Ground North on October 17th at 12PM. The cost for the seminar will be $35 for 3 hours of instruction.

Jon will be teaching some new techniques and moves from the intermediate curriculum. So even if you train at Neutral Ground Milwaukeee, you should still come out to learn some cool new moves. Jon will also be giving out rank to those who are ready for upgrades.

WCS Statewide open mat at MKE

Wisconsin Combat Sports is hosting a Statewide Open Mat at Neutral Ground Milwaukee on Saturday August 29th at 12pm. Its free, fun, and a great oppertunity to roll with people all over the state of Wisconsin. Don't miss it

We will be training (starting at 12pm), then grilling out (bring your own food/drink), playing "bro bags", and general rocking out!!!

Last Tuesday, Neutral Ground North hosted the Ozaukee County SWAT team for a special training session. The SWAT team choose Neutral Ground North because of its excellent location and expertise in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is one of the most effective martial arts style today. Not only it is utilized by the Ozaukee County SWAT team but police and military forces all across the globe. All of the SWAT team members had a great time and many of them will be coming back to Neutral Ground to start training on a regular basis. Come in today and learn the same techniques as our brave service men and women and be able to protect yourself in any situation.
