Happy Labor Day! - NG's Classes Today

Today is a time to kick back, grab a beer and enjoy the fact that you can sit around on a Monday and not work :-D   It's the American Dream!

Well even better than not working, we still have classes at both Gyms tonight!

• Milwaukee Gym:

  • 6:30PM Open Mat

Training is open to anyone who wants to get a great workout in!
