CrossFit LV1 & Monkey Bar Certified Coaches
Luke and Perry are both CrossFit LV1 and Monkey Bar certified, train Jiu Jitsu, Judo and wrestling and are excited to work with motivated people to enhance their Fitness, performance and overall health.
Our Fitness & Athletic Performance Classes
Our classes are a mix of CrossFit and Monkey Bar programing and are designed to be scaled for people of all ages, abilities and skill levels. Each class is fun, unique and engaging and is geared toward
Our goal is not to create massive body builders but to improve one's health, strength, balance, lose weight and fat, increase cardio, stamina and athletic performance.
We have two style classes:
- Boot Camp classes focus on higher reps with lower weights to increase stamina, endurance, lose fat and tone.
- BodyForce classes focus on strength based activities geared toward building power, strength and building muscle.
Our perscription is to take both classes because it is the best way to increase your overall Fitness level and become a well-rounded, functional and good looking human being.
What is Functional Fitness?
Functional Fitness uses humans four basic movements: running, jumping, climbing and crawling. Functional movements engage multiple muscles in multiple plains of directions and replicate activities you perform in daily life. Our functional Fitness classes incorperate:

- Kettlebells, Body Weight, Resistance Band & Suspension Training
- Battle Ropes, Tracker Tires & Sledge Hammer Workouts
- Climbing Ropes, Box Jumping, Handstand Walking & Monkey Climbing
- We offer both strength & power classes and boot camp style classes which are focused on conditioning & losing weight and fat.
