
What is Conditioning?
- A class that combines aerobic and anaerobic exercise to maximize strength and cardiovascular gains.
- An opportunity for everyone who’s every wanted to train like a fighter, but can’t commit the time and money – or don’t want to get punched in the face!
- Adaptable for all levels of fitness: This is a class for everyone, old or young, man or woman, fighter or librarian – there are no prerequisites or special training needed.
- Simple and effective: proven methods that utilize compound exercises to train your body in a safe, natural way – without complicated machines, routines, or required equipment.
Who should do Conditioning?
Anyone! All exercises used in our Conditioning class are both progressive and regressive – that is, all exercises can be advanced to achieve the goals of even the most advanced athlete, or regressed to address the limitations of even the most de-conditioned grandmother. We specifically design our classes for any age, strength, or ability so that students may go at their own pace and increase the intensity and challenge of workouts as needed.
Whether your sport is Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Wrestling or MMA, our Conditioning class will build (or add to) your fitness base by increasing endurance, strength and flexibility, thereby reducing risk of injury.
