Neutral Ground would like to thank Luiz Claudio for a great seminar last Friday. Then seminar started at 7:30 and went to 10:00. Participants learned everything including a variety of warm-ups, how to breath properly, butterfly passes and a ton of great chokes and arm bars! If anyone who was at the seminar forgot anything, ask Jon, Luke or Perry, they will be more than willing to help you out. Look forward to another Luiz Claudio seminar in the future.

Neutral Ground North will have many people competing in this weekends tournement at Bayview High School. Therefor we will have the following hours:
